When tasting the Dominican Rum, the memory of the exuberant sugar cane fields comes to our mind the childhood when we received our neighbor brothers from Haiti who dressed in cane flower hats and dry leaf suits passing through our streets with a peculiar dance to the rhythm of the whistle, the drum and the tuá tuá a singular trumpet. People of all ages enjoyed this ritual beginning the Zafra season “harvest time”.

Being the working hands the main engine in the sugar factory of each region of the country to the economy and the production of the guarapo “sugar cane juice” to make our exquisite rum.

This experience made us grow as expert tasters of its different types, enjoying white Rum to make cocktails, gold Rum alone or with ice and if you want to impress, a dark Rum with 30 years of aging for those special moments when you want to take the best of the best.
