ITEM RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You can return the purchased items within 3 days from the date of purchase, if: 

1. You keep the original appearance and consumer properties of the purchased items; 
   
2. You save all labels and tags on the purchased products; 
   
3. Save other documents confirming the fact of purchase in our store: checks, invoices, etc.
   

Refunds are made in the same way as a completed purchase:

If your order was paid in cash, the money would be returned within 24 hours from the cash desk of the store at the time of signing the return invoice.

If your order was paid by credit card, we would make a refund on the same card within 24 hours. The term for crediting money to your card depends on your bank and usually takes about 10-12 business days.

If the order was paid by PayPal, the money would be returned within 24 hours to the same PayPal account.

If the order was paid by bank transfer, we would make a refund within 24 hours, to your bank account. The term for crediting money to your card depends on the banks and usually takes about 5-7 business days.

Refunds are made upon the presentation of an ID.
