WARRANTY

If within 3 days from the date of purchase you consider that the goods you purchased are of bad quality, we will refund you the full price of the goods or exchange them for another product of your choice.

Safety guarantee

Orders are transferred by our courier or store employee to the buyer personally. The guarantee of safety does not apply if the buyer instructs third parties to receive their order.

Liability guarantee

If you receive an order and find that something is missing from it, we will send you the missing goods at our expense within 24 hours. If an error occurs and the order contains something that you did not order, you will not need to return this product, you will receive it as a gift, but we will be grateful if you inform us about it.

24-hour response guarantee

We respond to your requests on social networks or by email within 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you do not receive a response, then we will provide a discount on your order in the amount of 10 US$.
