SAFE AND PREVENTION MEASURES FOR COVID-19

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) can cause diseases associated with respiratory failure, caused by a virus called SARS-CoV-2. Your symptoms are usually cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of smell or taste.

It is extremely important for us that you and all the people who visit us feel safe. That is why we have established our prevention and disinfection measures. Every day all our various areas are disinfected, including buses.

We will guide you and explain our prevention and disinfection measures. When the bus goes to pick you up, at the reception of the hotel, in the pick-up time established in the reservation, a driver and a guide will guide you through the entire protocol that we implement to combat Covid-19. Before boarding the bus, you must clean your hands with an antibacterial alcohol-based gel that will be available at all times during your visit. Also, the guide will organize all passengers using the social distance, the distance between each person, and the seats of the vehicle.

When you arrive in Taino, always follow your guide. He will lead you to our area equipped with an ozone cabin for the safe and dry disinfection of everybody who visits us.

We explain the process of this machine so that you are safe and informed about its effectiveness:

Ozone is a gas that is very unstable, so it must be generated in the same place where it is applied. This process consists of taking air from the environment and passing it through an electric current causing the oxygen from the air to dissociate, and the oxygen atoms are re-joined with oxygen molecules and form the ozone gas (O3). Our ozone cabin is designed to concentrate the right volumes of ozone to successfully disinfect your hands, arms, legs, face, hair, footwear, clothing, accessories, and any objects.

In all areas of your tour, you will find alcohol gel dispensers so that you frequently wash your hands, and we periodically disinfect shopping baskets and shopping carts.

Tips to protect yourself:

• Wear comfortable clothing and cover most of your body to avoid any possible exposure to your skin.
• As a requirement, you must use a mask to enter our vehicles and facilities. You take care of yourself and we take care of ourselves.
• Follow your guide's instructions all the time.
• Maintain the social distance.
• If there is a queue at the checkout, please wait your turn patiently.
• Wash your hands frequently with antibacterial gel or with soap.
• Avoid touching your face without washing your hands.
• Touch only necessary surfaces. 

Finally, if you or your colleagues have symptoms such as cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of smell or taste please stay at the hotel or at your place of accommodation and request medical assistance, so you will be contributing with you and everyone.
